Stopped at the food truck but you can sit inside the coffee shop or outside in a nice patio. Pastries in the coffee shop. We... passed through and stopped for an egg, chorizo, and pepper jack cheese breakfast sandwich from the truck. Your selection ofspicy. Home made flat bread like multigrain I would say. Excellent, fast, filling, healthy, and friendly. Supports a localone-man operation. Read more

My husband and I made a pit stop in Salida while on our way south and came across this lovely surprise. The ingredients are all... local and high quality (which we always opt for when available) and the food was delicious. Orders are placed at the food truckand there is outdoor seating on the side of the coffee shop. This is a hidden gem in an area that looked like it had a lot ofchain restaurants. So glad we found it!
