It's okay for fast food. Drive thru is a bit slow but they're operating on a limited staff so please be patient.
It's Wendy's. The same one you know and might love. This place had been dreadfully slow when it was drive thru only but you can... now go inside, which is helpful for placing online orders. So far, out of the two online orders I've placed, they've been quickand accurate. Read more
This particular wendys was fantastic. Employees was efficient and professional. And the cashier we had was great with my 7 and... 9 year olds. Only problem I have is that wendys doesn't carry honey (the ONLY way my 7 year is will eat chicken nuggets). Read more

Just recently moved to the grandin area and have frequented the McDonald's on apperson, but this night, I felt like wendys.... Ordered a baconator, son of baconator and a large fry. The cashier ran my card, he had the hood of his sweatshirt pulled up overhis head, and he never once spoke a word to me. The bag seemed light when I received my food so I checked it thankfully. Thebaconator only had one patty and definitely didn't have 6 strips of bacon on it, the son of baconator looked like a junior baconcheeseburger, and the fries looked like the fryer shortening hadn't been changed in a week, mind you, the order was $14. Themanager told me I didn't request a double baconator, which I've never had to do before, and the son of baconator is a smallburger. I requested a refund, which he did, but he didn't refund the fries for some reason. Never once did he apologize or offerto correct the issue, it was just excuses. Store frequently changes hours making them not dependable. Lobby magically closed at 8:27 tonight while the drive thru line... wasn?t moving an inch and I was walking in the door when they told me they were closing it. Whole store was closed early on July3rd for the 4th but was open normal hours on the 4th. Read more
