I have been to several different Waffle House locations over many years, but this one really gives the company a bad image.... Understaffed, under cooked eggs, and had to wait for silverware AFTER our food was served! The person making the scheduleshould pay attention to what events are happening in the surrounding area and plan accordingly. No longer taking phone orders but even before this change of policy they weren't answering the phone, we got there and there... was nobody in the restaurant. When we have dined in before switching to take out, the were rude and took forever to get service.The only good thing about this restaurant is the food is great, so kudos to the chef. Read more
