Good service except kid tried to tell me only chips with meals and he was wrong. Poor training is to blame.
The melts get warmed in the brown bag. Which is stupid. Most of the ingredients came off the sub and all was stuck to the bag.... Yes, they replaced the subs and that is why I gave them 2 stars. But subway needs to go back to wrapping these melts. So muchbetter when all the ingredients are ON! the sub. Read more
If I could 0 I would. It was over $20 for one meal and a kids sub. Then not to mention their drinks are off even the bottled... ones. The food lacked. I should?ve just went across the street to McDonald?s. As hungry as I was I would?ve rather waited to eatthat pack of ramen noodles at home and to save the money. Really horrible experience I waited 45 minutes in line for Nine other people's sandwiches to be made. While I was waiting I... noticed there was something not right with the women making the food. When I started my order the women didn't know what she wasdoing. Something was worng with her. She was doing what she wanted and was not listening. I visited Lakeside Subway today. I noticed there was only 1 employee behind the counter. She was having to do everything. I... asked her, Brandy Powell, where her help was. She said the help left or didn?t come in, I?m not sure. However an employeedecided to come in but left after an hour. Brandy was doing a great job and was not complaining even though the place was busy.I was very impressed by her attitude especially since she was alone. I wonder if an employee like Brandy is paid what she isworth. It?s a shame if she?s not because I found her to be exceptional. Dependable employees are very hard to find. It's a chain store. You know what you're getting. Sort of it is what it is. But, having said that, it's a good chain store.
