We their cheese steak pizza. Much to my dismay, they used sliced white and yellow American cheese. It was disgusting. It did not... look like anything in the photos on their website. We should have complained but we were from out of town and very hungry. If Ihad been just with myself, I would have refused to eat it. I don't know what anything else on their menu is like but if I evervisit the Salem Virginia area again, I will not be eating there. Read more
Placed an order through door dash. Ordered a pizza some plain wings and one set of buffalo wings, a sub some fries, mozzarella... sticks and some garlic bread with cheese. Was missing the mozzarella sticks and instead of the buffalo wings I had two orders ofplane wings. Called back and the person on the phone lied and said everything was there when it was not so this place did notleave a good impression for first time customers. The food is subparb at most and the service was terrible. Before sending outfood the order should be checked to make sure everything is there. I've worked in food business for 15 years so I know that theycan do better but we will not be ordering from them again. Read more
Mold on the food. Makes you wonder if they feed you that what else they would give their customers. $50 dollars wasted!
The pizza here is delicious I will give them that. The first time we arrived we had exceptional service and the guy that served... us was very friendly. I wish we could say the same about this visit. I do realize it was busy today so I was being very patient,however after him passing by our table three or four times I finally asked for a refill. He had an attitude about this, snatchedup my glass and came back a few minutes later with my drink. Also I asked a question at the register. According to their menu agourmet topping for a jumbo Pizza is 2.25 he charged us 2.75 so I asked why the difference. He got very rude with me about thequestion said well that's what my computer says. I said you may want to change your menu then. Beware if you do visit this placeI do recommend that you check with them about the prices before ordering because the menu apparently is not correct and they donot care that it's not correct. The only reason that today is getting a two-star rating is because the pizza is very good. Theservice today was horrible and I probably won't return. Read more
Cute place, nice people, however shop needs updating. Price is decent for the food. Ordered cheese fries and they were plain... fries with a mountain of cheese. No seasoning at all, not even salt and pepper. Salad was okay, just shredded lettuce, with somecut up meat and cheese. Pizza was good for what I expected. Read more
Nediocre salad.....lots of iceberg lettuce and little else. We had chicken wings and they were just okay.
