Extremely unprofessional. I have for 2 years in a row left multiple voicemails, sent emails and even had current members reach... out to the membership coordinator on my behalf asking for details on the pool only membership, while also specifying that if nopool only memberships were available, my family would be interested in other membership options as well, and simply asked that Ibe contacted back with some information. I have not received a reply to any of my 6+ attempts to gain information this yearalone (I started contact in April) and truly have never experienced such poor customer service or etiquette. I understand only alimited number of pool only memberships are available each year, however to refuse to contact someone back even after theyexpress interest in other membership options as well is not only bad business, it?s also just exceedingly rude. Just recently join this Country Club. I enjoyed the pool with my daughter the staff was very friendly. I also played a round of... golf with my uncle. I had a great time this is a beautiful course. I look forward to playing many more rounds here. I also likethey are very military friendly. I hope to host a tournament in next few years. Read more
We had our rehearsal dinner at the Hidden Valley Country Club and are so glad we did! It is a beautiful space with a... breathtaking view. The staff were so kind and professional. The food was also delicious and the kitchen staff were flexible inworking around a couple guests\' food allergies. Overall we had a beautiful evening and would definitely recommend this space toothers! Read more
Perfect venue for us! Danielle (event coordinator) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish and was... completely flexible with just about everything. The outdoor space is beautiful and even though it was cloudy and slightly rainy,we ended up with outstanding photos. All of the staff were excellent. The night before the wedding they stayed up late with ushelping to set up and make sure everything was perfect. They also gave us lots of extra rooms in the building for us to put allof our decorations and supplies in that could be locked to keep it all safe. The food: unbelievable. Their chef is very talentedand we had zero complaints from our guests. Franco the banquet captain was also very sweet and helpful and willing to dowhatever we needed. Our bartenders Isaias and Carlye were outstanding. We made a drink menu to save a little on alcohol andthey made sure to memorize the drinks so that the guests would get exactly the right drink. The servers and food/beveragemanager Adam, Morgan, Mandi and Nichole were all so professional and respectful. Perfect wedding experience here and wouldwithout a doubt recommend to anyone in the area. Also very close to a couple nice hotels making it easy to arrange for shuttles.The next morning the staff had already gathered all of the decorations and gifts together into one area so that we could justcome pick them up and be on our way. One of the most picturesque settings in the Valley. I\'m not an actual member but have visit the Club many times for more than... 20 years. The food is good, staff is helpful, and meeting facilities have always met our expectations. Some upgrades/remodelingis probably in order, but all in all, I\'ve enjoyed my time here immensely. My husband and I recently got married here and it was a very nice experience. Over the course of several months, the staff was... very friendly and pleasant to work with, and were always very quick to get back to me when I had questions. On the day of theweddings, everything was set up exactly like I wanted it to be, we were lucky to have a beautiful day to be able to enjoy thespectacular view and we got nothing but positive feed back from our guests about how good the food was.\n\nMy only complaint isfrom the weekend of the wedding. The coordinator was a little bit hard to get a hold of. On the morning of the wedding, I triedto call her to get help bringing in decorations and let her know how I wanted things set but I only had her office number, andshe wasn\'t in the office. I ended up bringing everything in myself and setting up a sample table for her to use, and I ended upbeing late to my salon appointment. However, this was just a small bump in the road and not enough to sully my opinion of thisestablishment as a whole. Read more
