It's... alright. Service was slow, seemed like only 2 workers were working the drive-though and food areas. Food was alright,... not the worst but could've went anywhere else for better food and service. Overall, not hating on it, but definitely needs to belooked into and helped out. Read more

The 2 "featured" items that were bought on my visit (prime rib sandwich & brisket sandwich?) left a whole lot to be desired! To... have spent $7 - $9 + per sandwich (sandwich only~NOT the Meal deal!) I was very disappointed with the appearance of food muchless the amounts of meat. AND it's not like they were busy--they practically looked as if they were Closed ?? Better luck nexttime maybe... Bathroom is sticky and gross with no way to dry hands.. paper towels were empty. Super slow service on a Sunday at 2pm. Drive... thru is also wrapped around the building. People were nice but we?re definitely care free of getting people in and out. Foodtastes like any other Arby?s. Read more

Order was wrong. Had to go back and get correct order. Fries were cold sandwich was dry. Looked like scraps from bo/on of... slicer. Soft drink best part of the meal. Read more

Got a medium roast beef combo beef was dry crinkle fries were dried out and dark and has curly fries pieces in it soft drink was... perfect. Service was quick order was accurate and server was friendly. Thought eleven dollars was.overpriced for what I got.West Salem store. Read more

The food quality has been declining here bad. Its no where near what it used to be. Plus that added with staffing issues and... long waits just leaves me wanting. Some things on the menu are good like the buffalo chicken items and some of the shakes. Therest is okay at best. Read more

I went through the drive-through after exiting early to avoid traffic on 81. It was happy hour, but they charged full prices. I... told the cashier it was not correct, but he insisted it was. I then asked for a receipt, which showed it was not. I called tospeak to the manager because I suspected they were doing this to everyone. The manager simply said they are new staff. PoorService and the food tasted different/wrong on top of that. I won?t be going there again Read more

Easy enough to order at the drive through, though the menu board can do with an update. Food was well presented, however the... fries were cold and burnt. I was too far away to turn back and address this issue. Yeah! I'm upset, because I have a 7 hr driveaheaf and just wasted $10+ on meal I had to throw away. Read more
