Typically I have a good experience with Burger King, not this time. the manager was aggressive and didn't accept promotional... items on the burger king application and made a point of being rude when I asked for clarification. Not really big about sayingnegative things but seems like management needs to calm down and relax, maybe reevaluate how to be understanding with customers.I wonder if this person is acting this way to me. Miserably slow every single time. I could understand if the food was hot and fresh but it isn't. I will say this place is a... little bit better than the Spanish Fork location but that's not saying much. Read more
6/21/22 @ 12:30pm We went in to the Salem BK. We eat out a couple of times a week and normally like the Salem BK. Not... today!. The male server with glasses was rude, crude and abrasive. I did not even get to order. I just told him that there weretoo many other places to eat that did care about their customers. My family and I walked out and went across the street andenjoyed hot sandwiches. This male server with glasses needs customer service training! My family and I will be eatingelsewhere! Read more
We ordered several King burgers & once we arrived home we noticed we were shorted. We usually check the bags before leaving...... but this time we didn't. Very good food & happy employees... but double check the sack. Read more
Tried to do this through the burger king customer support but it kept crashing so I'm posting my review here. The food was... practically cold the modifications we asked for your good were done as though it was an after thought the cheese on the burgerswas wedged between the sauce and veggies, the extra mayo we asked for on the chicken sandwiches was non existing and for someodd reason they have us straws when we ordered bottled water if they were trying to be considerate I appreciate the thought.Overall not a great experience. I've lived near this burger King for years. There's something in the air at this place. Why are they all so kind? Why are they... all friends with each other? Why am I always laughing and thinking I should leave a nice review but never do? Well TODAY is theday! I love this burger king!! I love these employees, management must be doing something right!
