UPDATE 12/5/2022- well, this is the first time in my life that a fast food worker was so disgruntled they actually balled my... French fries into a ball and crammed then into the container. They were so tightly crammed I didn?t even pull them apart to tryto eat them. It would be nice if you could get any kind of nicety from the window brothers. I come here way less anymore. Only if I?m desperate. Probably not even that anymore. Wadded the French fries into a ball and crammed them into thecontainer. Just felt I should repeat that. ?- I eat here all the time. The customer service is really great. That?s whatstands out to me here. Even during rush when the line is long, I?m not getting grief at the window. Also, the food is freshand consistent. Rude staff. Undercooked burger. Mad we asked for a refund because it was for a pregnant woman. We were questioned about the... burger being undercooked as if we switched it the patties. Under portioned the cheese on our fry?s and was mad we asked for morecheese since they were already out of the normal cheese sauce they use. This was a awful experience. Some days the staff seem like they're about to quit and can be a bit snappy/impatient (not ratting them out tho, I've been... there) but the food and indoor atmosphere is great. Watch out for super salty fries though, and enjoy a frosty! They're so good! Read more
They were very short staffed. We had to wait about 5 minutes to be to place our orders. They were having to finish the Doordash... orders and couldn't even complete one because they were out of Chili. Then the guy with a beard apparently decided to lock thedoors at 7:45 P.M. when then don't close until 8 P.M. they had customers who came to the doors and couldn't get in. I even heardone of the employees say did you lock the doors already? When we left I let a mom and her child in so they could order somefood. I believe if your sign says your open until 8 P.M. then be open until 8 P.M.! I will give their team credit for workingwell together to get the orders completed in a timely fashion! Read more
