We order one 4 for 4 deal, one 4 for 5 deal, spicy honey chicken sandwich meal, and a classic chicken sandwich meal. The lady... came and told us we were waiting cause they where making a fresh spicy honey chicken sandwich. When we got our food everythingwas cold except for that Honey chicken. When my husband went up to the counter to get fresh food he had to wait another 5minutes because the two lady workers couldn't bother to stop and help the line cook finally told them to take care if us. Andthen they gave attitude. The food was horrible, and the dining area wasn't stocked or clean. Their entrance is super steep! It's already hard enough getting into the parking lot from the busy traffic... Nice staff.... Drive-through usually takes forever compared to any other wendy's, and same goes for comparison to any other fast-foodrestaurant. There was 13 cars consistently. This is a norm for this location. Horrible service (Aaron and Michelle) and even worse food. They forgot to give me my hot honey chicken sandwich and the food I... did receive was cold. The burgers are over cooked yet feel like they just came out of the fridge. I tried to call in forassistance but the phone has the ?not in service? dial tone. Super under-staffed. Had to close the lobby mid-day on a weekend due to the orders. Took a very long time to get my order taken... & receive my lunch. However, a VERY pleasant staff & willing to accommodate the long wait. Read more
