It seems like we are always disappointed by this taco bell, I know why not just try a different one or not go to taco bell at... all we always give the benefit of doubt maybe they are training some one new? Or low on employees? Regardless we usually tryagain for some reason. Any way todays visit started normal my boyfriend ordered his usual cheese quesadilla to which the workerreplied would you like creamy jalapeno sauce on that, thinking it was something new or extra he said no just to get home andfind out that left a thin layer of cheese on a tortilla and the cream sauce is a normal ingredient strange. Not to mention Iordered a crunch wrap that was nothing but wilted lettuce and sour cream inside no other ingredients.... Read more
I took my 6 students from Japan to this Taco Bell today around 1:25pm. My students know very little to no English. They didn?t... even remember what they ordered on the Kiosk. However, the lady there (I wish I remembered her name) but I am guessing she couldbe the manager, she was so nice and patience with them. She welcomed them and asked them how they liked it here. I would give them a -10 if I could, at the drive thru trying to order I asked for no cheese on one of the meals, they put cheese... receipt says no cheese. On the screen I didn't see the burrito we ordered, so my husband asked at the window if it was on thereand the girl at the drive thru window said "I don't know I didn't take your order." With no customer service at all so rude so Isaid can you ask someone then, its the worst should avoid them. doesn't anybody have customer service anymore. Read more
They made the taco bell food amazing and the people here are very sweet and nice. And was a good location.
They?ve started filling their little cups of nacho cheese up only halfway or LESS! I had to order 3 to get the equivalent of one... full cup. This is seriously how it came I hadn?t used any yet! (Pic included) All 3 cups I got looked like that?.. they?repractically empty. I would love to say this was a one time thing but it?s happened to me the last 3 times I?ve ordered nachofries. I think they?re doing it on purpose to save money or something. It?s absolutely ridiculous, I PAID EXTRA for cups withnothing in them. Read more
The girl at the counter was super friendly while taking my order. She made sure there was plenty of sauce packets for me. The... food was Taco Bell. A little too much sauce on my burrito but otherwise just tasted like Taco Bell. Read more
