This place is usually my favorite place to go. But here?s my latest experience. Came in at 2 am. Actually this tacobell is located at the pilot truck stop along with subway, Brooks Oregon. All the employes work hard... there,they are really nice and understanding when it comes time during Rush hours. I've seen customers get very up set waitingfor there food. I understand as a 19 year professional truck driver iv been to a lot of different fast food and have to waitbecause the lines are long, But my self, I always was patience and understanding. I hope every one relizes, would you want towork in the fast food industry? And I think, I can speak for a lot of people on this matter, NO you would not want to work inthe fast food industry, long hours and does not pay well. some will agree others will disagree. The ones that disagree shouldtrade places with the workers but that will never happen. Hey folks please be more understanding to the people in the fast foodindustry because 80 percent of the people that work fast food are kids under 18 that have to get permision from there parentsand the older ones work a month or so and quit because they can't handle it. Then you have the ones that hold signs in front ofthese places and make more money because people feel sorry for them.so hey my friends have a little more understanding. So Iwill give a 5 star to all fast food employes because of what they go through. I want to thank every one for reading this postand support your local fast food restaurantes and give them a capital Hell yea good job keep up the great work. I drive late at night and pass here a lot. During this pandemic (especially earlier than most places) , it was great that it was... open in the middle of the night. I figured I would get something nice and simple. A steak quesadilla. There is often a line,which is fine for the time and location. Often you have to wait 10+ minutes to even get to order. Again, due to location andtime, I can easily accept that. What I can't accept is that the food is always undercooked. Cheese isn't melted in burritos,quesadillas, etc... I've tried to give this place a chance numerous times, but I'll be stopping in Woodburn, or somewhere elsefrom now on. I encourage you to not support somewhere with such consistent poor quality. It's late night availability is whatgets its second star. Read more
Looks great since the remodel good job! Haven't been inside since but next time around I will. Fast and friendly service. Dine... in or drive through its connected to the subway and pilot gas station. So you can get all your pit stop done all at once for thewhole family. Snacks, bathroom, taco bell. It's all there.
