Absolutely delicious omelettes that come with two sides! We got pancakes and hash browns. Kind, personable servers. They don't... just fold the omelette on itself so that the fillings spill out and are difficult to get in each bite. They mix the fillingsinto the eggs and then create the omelette! Highly recommend. Quite an interesting menu. Very limited vegan options though. The plate also looked better than it tasted. It was not as... flavorful as I expected it to be. I'm not sure if I would visit again. Read more

I?ve been coming to Sybil?s since I was young. They are a well known breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Their pancakes are the best... I?ve ever had. I always order pancakes when I come here. Their service is top notch. Their waiters/waitresses are so nice. Ifyou?re a regular they remember you and talk with you. They are super attentive to your needs and check on you frequently. Best eggs Benedict I?ve ever had! A cozy spot, hiding if you don?t look hard enough. Food was delicious, and staff went above... and beyond. We had a table of 8 adults and 8 children under 4 years of age, food was out quick, my coffee cup was never empty,and the waitresses were so incredibly patient and kind. 10/10 would dine there again! This place is THE breakfast hot spot in Salem. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is very fun with all the signs on... the walls. There's sure to be a menu item for everyone in the family. Be prepared to wait if you go on a weekend morning. Read more
