The drive-through experience here is miserable. Not only does it take an incredibly long time to even be acknowledged, but if... there's any amount of inclement weather, you're going to get soaked as there's 0 cover either at the ordering speaker, or at thepickup window, and you'll be waiting quite a while at both. I'm surprised how badly they can screw up an order when you'reliterally dictating exactly what you want them to put on your sandwich/salad. Nobody was outright rude or nasty to us during theprocess, but they weren't exactly friendly, or even passably civil/polite. The experience in the store is not great, but notterrible. About what you'd expect from a Subway, really. But they're very frequently out of ingredients, and take a super longtime to make your food, and sometimes just kind of ignore you for a while before helping. The restaurant isn't filthy, but isn'tparticularly clean. If you go in to the restaurant, at least you can watch them make your food to ensure they don't completelyscrew up your order. I'm guessing the issues are more due to low staffing issues, as there's very rarely more than 1-2 peopleworking at any time, and they seem to be pretty stressed. I do have some concern about the freshenss of their ingredients, butI've never gotten sick eating here, nor has anybody else I know, so it's probably just my perception based on how lax everythingelse seems to be there. I've definitely encountered some stale bread on my sandwiches though. Subway is probably my leastfavorite sandwich place personally - I'd much rather give my money to Jimmy John's, Jersey Mikes, Firehouse Subs, or just aboutanywhere else, so luckily, I don't end up here very often, but when my family has a craving, we still brave it even though weknow it's not gonna be great - or even very good. So I just two Italian herb and cheese subs from here and they were both starting to mold. And we got 4 raspberry cheese cake... cookies and one of them was also tasting like mold. We waited forever. We were at the drive thru. They told us the lobby was full and we needed to wait. There were 2 individuals in... the lobby. My salad was missing all the meat that goes in the Italian spicy sandwich. The bowl was only half full. Verydisappointed. Read more
Amy is the best manager ever. I work there so I should know Edit: since you can't comment on reviews ill just post this here. To... the lady complaining about not being allowed to use the bathroom unless you order; thats not true. To the people complainingabout customer service; stop lying.
