I always went out of my way to this Starbucks because the baristas were always friendly. Until today. I am Deaf myself so I let... them know I am Deaf and typed my order in my phone . The barista used her voice constantly and I had to repeat myself that I.Am. Deaf. Then she mouthed (or said) "Oh My God", made some dramatic gestures, and wrote down what she said - like it's a HUGEeffort for her. What she did made me feel unhuman. Like I am not worth her energy to communicate with. Horrible person. And evenworse, her co-workers looked away and DID nothing. Awful, awful service. Very disappointing. I won't be coming back. Great place to have when you need to have a drink when you're shopping
Easy going baristas here! They've got a sense of humor while keeping their "professional hats" on. Kind employees :)
Two ingredients, coffee and cream. Still the "barista" messed up my order. Slow service, over priced products, limited items... to choose from. I will not return to this location. Read more
Good drinks. Sometime there is some inexperienced barista working and they add chocolate in my drink, but so far the people I've... delt with had no problem re-making my drink if It was wrong. Definitely would suggest the establishment working on theiremployees to be more sincere when greeting a customer. Read more
