I always went out of my way to this Starbucks because the baristas were always friendly. Until today. I am Deaf myself so I let... them know I am Deaf and typed my order in my phone . The barista used her voice constantly and I had to repeat myself that I.Am. Deaf. Then she mouthed (or said) "Oh My God", made some dramatic gestures, and wrote down what she said - like it's a HUGEeffort for her. What she did made me feel unhuman. Like I am not worth her energy to communicate with. Horrible person. And evenworse, her co-workers looked away and DID nothing. Awful, awful service. Very disappointing. I won't be coming back.
