Not gonna lie. Of all the Starbucks this is my go to! Favorite story. I ordered a Venti drink, but it only came in Grande.... Without hesitation the barista says "yep" and serves it in Venti size!!!!! I tried this at another one on Commercial and onlythen did the barista inform me the drink only came in Grande. Honestly I was just impressed by these guys. I'm sure someone willsay "they're not telling you the facts," but honestly I just wanted a huge freaking cup of coffee! Read more
The line can be very backed up at times due to the near by state offices and students from North Salem highschool. Also, their... customer service can use some improvement. Other than that, it was a decent experience. Read more
As someone who worked for Starbucks for 3 years, this Starbucks location is the worst:( I ordered a Doppio iced espresso with 2... pumps white mocha & 2 pumps brown sugar & oat milk. Which can be rang up as such, the lady argued with me telling me I wanted abrown sugar oat milk shaken espresso which is a totally different drink & that she could only ring it up that way. I tried toinform her that there?s a way to ring it up differently and she refused to listen to me or take in the information and told meshe hasn?t worked there that long so she just can?t do it that way. I ended up leaving without getting my drink and frustratedthat she chose to continue to argue with me. Very disappointed with this location & the way they train their baristas. Read more
Used to be really great service. For some reason lately there's only been 1 person working in the morning.
Two stars. Barista was rude and wouldn?t allow us to use rewards or scan my app. Luckily, coffee was good.
