Just spent 18 minutes getting one drink. They absolutely prioritize the drive-through and leave in-store customers to wait.
I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with no whip and an extra shot of espresso. I asked them to redo it because they used whip. They... were quite unhappy about this. The drink I received afterwards was water down hot chocolate. There was no caramel in the drinkexcept for a light drizzle on top. It was like drinking quick instant chocolate milk. Check your drink before you pull away. The venti drink I ordered felt very light, turns out it was 2 inches short of full. ... This is my fault for driving away. Far far away never to return again. $20 for a sandwich, drink and pastry. I knew better sothis is on me. You?ve been warned. Read more
Great, quick, & friendly service from gals. Unfortunately, indoor seating is not allowed; but fortunately, there is more than... plenty outdoor seating. There's drive thru and reserved parking for Starbucks & quick puck-ups. On the downside, blueberry sconehas more of a fluffy, light bread texture than that of a scone. Not sure when that changed. I?ve come to this Starbucks twice in the last 5 days or so and both times I ordered a toasted white hot chocolate with soy. Well... both times I?ve gotten a coffee drink. This also happened to me while I was in NY a week and a half ago. I asked the barista ifthere was a suggestion box where I could suggest someone change the HC to hot chocolate so the baristas will stop gettingconfused and handing me a white chocolate mocha (which is apparently what was given to me today according to the barista). Shesaid she?d send the message along but I don?t think that will be the case so I?ll also be calling because if I stop by anothertime and I?m given a coffee because someone doesn?t want to read what drink I?ve actually orders I might need to speak to amanager. I know they?re busy a lot of the time but I came and there was only 2 other people in line outside at 2pm. Love my Starbucks! No matter which I visit or where I am - they are CONSISTENT. The staff are very polite yet fast, and us... ually will remember names which is impressive. However some locations are certainly better than others... This one was okay -usually will get less drink which is irritating. For instance my 20oz drink doesn't fill my 16oz mug because they do so muchfoam. Even with that negative, it is still my favorite coffee shop. Consistency is key. Overall: 8/10 Read more
