When I asked for a fish fillet cook to order. I left for Portland at 5:15. A.m. and it is now 10:36 p.m. My average 5-day week.... I again ask for a cook to order fish fillet. That does not mean redep what's been sitting on the warmer!. Why are you guys atthis location? So lazy you ain't even got it that bad. There's people tripling your hours and the least thing that you could doon your 8 to 10 hour shift is give someone a courtesy of what they asked for the one item out of five. This McDonald's has always been a fixture here on Burnside. The drive through is open 24/7. And there is a walk up window open... from 6am to 2am. Very nice people. Read more
Slow slow slow. 20 minutes stuck in the drive thru should warrant a decent burger, not overdone garbage. Train your employees to... be somewhat polite and perhaps engage with your customers. Suck on pretty much all levels. Read more
Horrible service, yesterday it took 45 minutes from me ordering on the drive until they gave me my food, they had enough staff... but would rather be watching their phone than doing their job. Drive thru only, but 2 order lanes and for some reason, almost every time we ended up waiting. And waiting. And waiting. They... say they're short of people (who isn't) but alot of places are closing the lobby and keeping drive thru open because ofit. Everyone we came across was polite and friendly, though! Read more
Waited in drive-thru over 20 minutes for one order of fries. After waiting 15 minutes, I got out of car (I wasn't driving) to... see what the problem was. I walked around to the doors, but they were locked. Went to order kiosk and person was very rude andsaid she wouldn't help me because I was on foot. I explained that I was in line in the drive-thru and wanted to see what thedelay was. I asked if they could have big orders pull into a parking spot, so that the simple orders could get through or evenjust leave. She continued to be rude saying she wasn't going to talk to me & then disconnected the connection. I went back tothe car and after waiting 5 minutes or so, we finally got our fries which were cold, greasy and pretty much inedible! What agreat way to spend part of our Friday night evening. Over half of the games were broken. All the pictures added look like fun, but are either physically obviously broken or have a... tag on them. Even some of the ones that we put money in I did not have a tag on them took our money and didn't do anything. Andall they had staff to do was put an out of order sign up, maybe. Very dilapidated. They are really letting this place go. Iknow recent times have been hard and I try to stay understanding of that but these guys have stopped trying. Go out South toDonatello's. Read more
Wrong order and employee was sitting in dinning area inside and ignored me. Lobby was close, my order was in drive thru, lines... were long didn't know what to do. Make line in the drive thru or walk to the window? I walked to the window & they corrected theorder while I waited standing outside by the cars. Rude!! Read more
