When I asked for a fish fillet cook to order. I left for Portland at 5:15. A.m. and it is now 10:36 p.m. My average 5-day week.... I again ask for a cook to order fish fillet. That does not mean redep what's been sitting on the warmer!. Why are you guys atthis location? So lazy you ain't even got it that bad. There's people tripling your hours and the least thing that you could doon your 8 to 10 hour shift is give someone a courtesy of what they asked for the one item out of five. This McDonald's has always been a fixture here on Burnside. The drive through is open 24/7. And there is a walk up window open... from 6am to 2am. Very nice people. Read more
Slow slow slow. 20 minutes stuck in the drive thru should warrant a decent burger, not overdone garbage. Train your employees to... be somewhat polite and perhaps engage with your customers. Suck on pretty much all levels. Read more
Horrible service, yesterday it took 45 minutes from me ordering on the drive until they gave me my food, they had enough staff... but would rather be watching their phone than doing their job. Wrong order and employee was sitting in dinning area inside and ignored me. Lobby was close, my order was in drive thru, lines... were long didn't know what to do.
