This is not the first time this happens, i was waiting in line for around 30 minutes they gave me my whole order wrong and... didn?t want to wait another 30 minutes so i wanted to go up the front and the door was closed so i went to the window and toldthe lady that they gave me the wrong order she said it wasn?t her problem and took my order away and said if i wanted it back toin the line and wait another 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible they close their lobby at seven they use the excuse of COVID but not one employee wearing a mask. They got... used to being able to close early and never switched back. Their drive throu is the slowest in the world literally 30+ minuteswaiting just to order. Guarantee they are pushing the button saying they already served every car so that their times don't lookbad. I feel bad writing a bad review but they were horrible. You could tell who the manager was without needing to ask because she... was the only one keeping the place together. The girl who put my order together forgot half of everyone's order so the managerhad to come to the rescue. Just bad communication between employees and made the atmosphere bad, we decided to heat out in thecar. Read more

The level of service is embarrassing. Twice recently, I have ordered at the drive-thru and waited in the line for 20 minutes.... The line barely moved and these were both at allegedly off-peak times. I just pulled out and left both times. This is notremotely deserving of the term "fast food". I am only at McDonalds if I am either REALLY hungry or if it has been a long dayand I just want to eat and go home. My time, and the time of the other people patiently waiting, is valuable. The managerseither need to hire more people to get food out faster or the drive-thru operator should have the decency to tell customers howlong the wait would be. Read more

Ordered a large mint mocha frappe and they gave me a large burnt coffee that smelled and tasted like chemicals ..at the window I... informed them that this isn't what I ordered and the girl just shrugged her shoulders.. manager behind her snapped in me andsaid what's the issue spitting as she talked so I just said nothing's wrong and drive off.. won't go there again.. this isn'tthe first time the night shift has screwed up an order and copped an attitude about it.
