One of the best McDonald's restaurants in our Capital city Salem Oregon. Customer service is always excellent. My order is most... of the time correct, a couple times coffee didn't have any of the sugar and cream that they put in for you. I feel safe here inthe parking lot when I visit on late nights being to full downside is I cant use the trashcan sometimes due to it being to fullso end up not using it. I have never in my life been treated so rudely and disrespectfully from anyone at any drive-through. I was even refused me I... manager or a team lead supervisor whatever someone in charge and the girl when I asked her what her name was she told me I don'tneed to worry about it and she had a total attitude totally disrespectful as you continue to shut the window in my face andlaugh about it with another employee as she was describing what was apparently going on I assume. And then this girl refuses togive me her name or someone in charge and tells me I'm holding up the line and I need to pull forward and she'd have somebodycome out and nobody comes out as I sat outside for a good 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to charge to supposedly come out noone did Read more
27 minute wait and they never even took my order so I left but got stuck in drive through line.... This location is trash and... for some reason ALWAYS has the most outrageous wait times. Definitely prefer South Salem on Commercial where they work in atimely manor with little to no issues..... Read more
This place is consistently going down hill. Nearly $5 sandwich served to me like this. I am incredibly unhappy with the quality
A while back I had stopped coming to this Mc Donalds because the service was so bad. Stopped there to day on the way to an... appointment and it was even worse than in the past. They had 6 cars parked in the drive through, which was a mess in the parkinglot. I ended up going inside to ask for a refund, as I was tired of waiting and had to be somewhere. The lobby was full ofpeople waiting for their orders as well. I spoke with the manager before leaving and tried to explain the mess out in theparking lot from all the "parked cars" and she just said have a nice day. No apologies for the wait, nothing. This was first time at this location. I walked in and for some reason all the employees were wearing sheets. There was a... homeless man in the middle of a salt circle on the ground. I usually wear a cross on my neck and I think it saved me because theemployees started throwing food at me and talking in a different language. The crew does a great job at McDonalds on Broadway NE in Salem Oregon! Never had any bad experience there whatsoever. I worked... at a fast food restaurant quite some time ago and because I did I can certainly respect anyone that works any type of fast foodwork! They respectfully deserve a 5 star+ rating from me. This McDonald's is not getting my business anymore it's was too slow. Not even that busy and it took 30min to get my order which... was then wrong. There's other McDonald's around that do a much better job that you'll be able to drive to get your order and beout by the time this one would finish.
