Don?t bother trying to get curbside pickup, was waiting for 20 minutes just for some cookies, another car next to me was waiting... for about 10 minutes, finally had to call in to the store to remind them that curbside exists, and it still took another 10minutes to get my foot AFTER I called in. Every time that I go there they always get the order wrong. And I checked every McDonald's in Salem Oregon not one of them has... the adult Happy meal what's up with that. So I deleted the app off my phone until they get their s*** together. Bathrooms were awful including the greasy handprints all over the walls. Dirty and unsanitary. Staff rude and inattentive. Sat... my order in the counter and didn't tell me it was ready to go, cold and dry food. Won't be returning until those issues getresolved or they hire somebody who is attentive to cross contamination in their bathrooms and cooking areas. I didn't see thetables because I'd seen enough. There were areas that haven't seen cleaner for a long time. I don't like giving bad reviews butI don't like getting sick either. They didn't appear to be short staffed so I doubt that was a a fact to be considered. Read more
The way it was set up was weird. BUT as usual bathrooms were dirty and no paper products. No toilet seat covers no place to... hang your purse no auto flush... I was very disappointed . How You sposed To stay clean from getting anything on you if youcan't protect yourself? Read more
Waited in line for 25 mins to come back home and find a medium length black hair in the middle of my burger. Called for a refund... and she said she would only refund that one sandwich even though our fries were ice cold and my other hamburger was soggy and unedible. Horrible customer service. Read more
They were fixing an order from another McDonalds and we?re absolutely great about it. The hamburger was ad quality, the nuggets... were fresh out of the fryer, perfectly crispy and they threw in some free fries for the trouble. Those were great too. Read more
