Wow!! This is the best sushi we have ever had in Salem. The rolls are massive and high quality for an unbeatable price. Very... fresh. Very friendly staff. We won't look again the next time we want sushi in Salem and this actually compares to our favoriteplace in Portland. Also, apparently they were a food truck up until 2019. Delicious, fresh, affordable food, served with warmth. The sushi wrap/ burrito combo was a filling 3 course meal for $12.... Called for a take out order. The hostess was very friendly and too the point. Sushi wrap, sushi bowl and sushi combo were all... amazing with great fresh fish and other ingredients. This was a great stop for lunch as we passed through Salem. The food was great and if you order ahead you won't have to wait,... however, we did not but the wait wasn't bad as we got there right before the lunch rush. They give you the option to have yoursushi sliced or wrapped in a sushi burrito which I thought was a great idea. The miso has a great flavor. I ordered the Teri-Donand it was fantastic.
