I hadn?t been to KFC for over a year due to consistently bad experiences. But we decided to give them another chance. We... shouldn?t have. Besides being told it would take 7 minutes to make more Mac n Cheese, I actually waited for 20 minutes. This iswhat the chicken looked like when I got my food. This is supposed to be extra crispy chicken. The skin was so soggy, itliterally just fell off the chicken and it tasted just like flour with no seasoning. It was disgusting!! Then they didn?t giveus any butter or honey for the biscuits despite the fact we requested it. This was their last chance. This location has gone downhill. I don't go to KFC often so when I do, I expect to get what I pay for. 20.00 for two meals. The... chicken bites were more like just fried breading. The famous bowl barely had any gravy, only lightly drizzled around the outsideof the bowl and the chicken pieces were soggy on the bottom. Like it had already been sitting in the hot window. The lady working the driveway window Bridget was incredibly rude and rushed us to make our order while being the only customers... in the drive thru and no one was in side the store. She never even completed our meal at the drive thru before she told us tohurry up and just come to the window. On top of all that rushing Bridget forgot to take our payment after handing us our food,if I weren't an honest person I would have drove off without paying and it would have been on her accountability. I asked for arecipet and she slammed the window in my face after giving me my card back. Just rude. Read more
I REALLY would not recommend ordering from here for delivery. Their manager is incredibly rude and treats delivery people like... trash. She has stated to me that they prioritize delivery orders dead last so if you plan on ordering for delivery plan onwaiting a while and maybe getting cold food because most delivery people are just going to cancel the order when that type ofattitude is what they are greeted by. I love the staff here, they're all super chill and are on top of things in terms of getting orders out and handling Karen's.... People need to relax, this is KFC not a 10 star restaurant. There's literally teenagers that work here, give them a second tobreath before you complain about something they have absolutely no control over. Sometimes it's like people don't work for aliving or forget what it's like to work with terrible people. Smh bruh. Read more
I'm tired of them being out of pot pies on " pot pie monday". No matter what time they are ordered. It's a scam to get you to... order the more expensive stuff. You lost a lot of business, considering I usually spend around $70 for my co workers weekly. Ihate McDonald's but they at least have the menu available. Bye bye Read more

This KFC consistently has a problem opening on time. Don't expect to get your lunch if you've only got 30 minutes.
