No one in Salem is doing what Joe Mocha is doing. They brew their own coffee in-house in a Diedrich roaster, they make high... quality made-to-order food, their baked goods are fresh, seasonal, and delightful, and the staff are fun and engaged. I can'twait for them to finish their dining room remodel! When they do, you'll find me there. I've lived in Salem for about 10yrs. This is hands down not only the best coffee but also the most consistent, my wife and I... always come here when we don't want to risk getting bad coffee. They make their own chocolate for mocha, roast their own beansand their food menu while small, has no disappointing options. They also sell their whole roasted beans, which is what we use athome now.
