Ordered online. Was told it was a 18 minute wait time. 40 minutes later I?m still waiting the place is not closed never received... my money back and order is still in progress with no way to get my money.. nice jimmy johns way to go. Appreciate the waste ofmoney Read more

Drink isnt even full, had to clean the cup off of the cup. No bacon on my sandwich either. Almost $3 later and a wasted tip.... Yikes thanks guys. Also my blt is skimpy as hell too. Read more

No one acknowledges you, your a burden to come in. Don?t waste your time here you?ll just be publicly humiliated and treated... like a piece of garbage. I?ve never had this bad of service anywhere. This one location is ruining Jimmy?s name becauseclearly they hate their job and humanity. Looking at you sweetheart! After ordering food for pickup I went into the store to get my order. There was a couple that walked in right before me. No one... acknowledged us. They stood at the counter for over 2 minutes. They left frustrated. I was asked what they could do for me.They said they were working on it. One employee asked if i knew they were waiting on the tuna to be made for one of mysandwiches. I said I did not. I felt more like a burden than customer. It has not always been like that. Usually its festive andlively. This made me feel like im not sure ill go back. Read more

I like the sandwiches here. But my wife just had a terrible customer service experience and I think I will be switching to... Jersey Mike's. My wife made an order for pick up and showed up on time. They asked her name and handed her a bag of food. Shetook it to her car and checked it. The order was way wrong, so she took it back. The person at the counter got mad at my wifeand blamed her for taking the wrong order. Of course, she stood up for herself and reminded them that they handed the order toher. How was she supposed to know it was the wrong order when they handed it to her, if she didn't check? Hmm, not making muchsense there Jimmy John's dude. So my wife asked for her order, which apparently had not gotten made. Meanwhile, the personwhose order it was showed up and was upset their order was 45 minutes late. The Jimmy John's staff threw my wife under the bus!They told the other lady that my wife "took her order". Meanwhile, more orders came into the restaurant and they started makingthose before my wife or the other lady! My wife spoke up again and they asked "Really? You want us to fix this?". Then theyalso served the wrong drinks. We spent more than $70 for our family today. And we expect quality food, served right. And ifthey make a mistake (it happens) they have to make it right.
