Good staff, but clearly overburdened by the DoorDash / Ubereats / Grubhub orders. Dining in? Give it a 15 minute wait, minimum.... I feel it's unfair to trash the staff bc they get no say so, but I also won't use gig orders bc I'm not a lazy pile of trash.Would love a location that values walk ins as much as predatory delivery companies. This is my favorite sandwich shop!!! My go to is #17 Giant size Philly cheese steak with extra peppers. I live in Keizer and... normally go to that shop and they always make it fantastic. This time somehow there was a mix up, I ended up with the chickenversion of the Philly cheese steak with extra peppers. I did t go back because it was pretty good. However, I always get thegiant because I like to save half for the next day. That's when I was disappointed. The regular philly warms up great the nextday... The chicken version....um it was so dry, and I ended up throwing most of it away. The atmosphere was friendly and theywere very attentive to making my husband's cold sandwich, but for the first time in 20 visits I wasn't happy. So normally theywould get a 5 star from me. Read more
This seems to be an online order shop only at this point. If your coming in to place an order, be prepared to be ignored. They... will make every pending online order before helping you, I was quite shocked at the complete lack of customer service. Threeemployees and not one could be bothered to help an in person customer. Even watched two people finish their meals and thank thestaff before leaving, they were completely ignored as well! Not even a "you're welcome, thanks for coming in". At that point Iwas left as the only living customer in the shop. Still being ignored, I walked out and went to MOD pizza next door (greatcustomer service by the way). Visit was on 8/3 at 5:37pm PT. Read more

The team here is amazing. They always make you feel welcome. Make a great samich and take care of folks. I've started do... curbside for my wife and when I put a special note for her. They do above and beyond. Than Manager there is a very awesome guy. Read more
This is my second visit and the philly was delicious but the sandwich was completely messy. Dripping sauce. Luckily I ate it... right away or it would of been worse. I would recommend better sandwich makers please. Is this how you would want your sandwichto be? Read more
Update: Service today was far from a smile. The gentlemen didn't seem too excited to take our order today. It showed with his... demeanor. However, honored shore points when necessary. Sandwich was consistent with other jersey Mike's (awesome). Will trysomewhere else when attending South Salem in the near future. Always quick courteous and consistent.
