They can't figure out their hours of business (and KEEP them). Theycan't hire employees to stay. 10/20/22. I stopped by for lunch and waited in-line for 15 minutes?? The drive thru window was really dirty and disgusting. I... told the cashier that they should clean that mess and drove away. I can only imagine what their kitchen looks like. Waste of my$12+! Will never go back there. Read more

The store on mission st is outstanding. The store on lancaster next to the car wash was not so great at all as far as customer... service. The manager needs some training in customer service. I will travel the extra mile to go to the mission st Jack in thebox. Read more
How is this location closed consistently before 8pm? It says you're open online till midnight. Having shorter hows cuz of covid... and close at 10pm fine but NO 8pm? Without notice? I've gone multiple tines between 8-9pm and you're closed. Tonight I made itin the drive thru BEFORE 8pm. 7:50pm 10/2/22 guess what....CLOSED! I'm so confused and if you need to do this for some reasonthen post about it and update your hours ONLINE. The service at this location isn't always the best either. Such a bummer I loveJack.... Normally I like this place. This time it was unacceptable. It was 8/27/2022@ 10:45am. Two people in front of us in drive through... 20min + for a fast food restaurant? When we reached the window I looked to see the issue. They couldn't have moved slower ifthey tried. I am considering calling the Corporate office and complaining. The people in front of us actually gave back a halffilled box of fries. I am not sure if they were high or trying to get fired but it was ridiculous ???? ???? . Read more
So I live in an RV and can?t go they the drive thru obviously. The lobby doors were locked. I walked to the drive thru window... and scared the heck out of the Manager when I knocked on the window. She was very kind and took my order. She apologized as shesaid she is short staffed and can?t open the lobby due to employees being on break. She was nice to me and about the situationand served me. So I feel badly for the employees there and it?s sad. Read more
The food was great as usual, but I saw an employee grab a fry out of a container of fries and just pop it in his mouth. Not site... if it was his container or not, but he seemed to move away from site when he saw that I noticed his action. Unfortunately thelobby was closed, so we had to go through the drive-thru and when we parked by the front door to eat, I noticed the front windowlooked all dirty and smeared not really cleaned. This made me wonder about the cleanliness of this location all together??? Read more
