I use to get my coffee on my breaks here but lately the staff has been jaded. The girl this morning was so passive she didn?t... make eye contact, let me finish my order because I need an alternative milk, however, when it came to a tip, she got veryinvolved with the process. The young lady who took my order missed the "decaf" detail of my order. When my order was handed to me and I asked if it was... decaf, the next young lady said no and checked to see if it was on the order. It wasn't. She happily made me a new drink anyway,and apologized a couple of times for the error. Read more
My absolute favorite place to go for coffee. I always get a large iced Americano sugar free french vanilla and Carmel with cream... & extra sweet. They make it always perfect. My favorite location is the owens street location. But I don't mind going to othereither because the customer service is always on point. Their employees never seem to be having a bad day ever. always smiling,always cheerful, and ready to make your coffee. The lines aren't too bad at this location but some of them are. Love it! Would give 5 stars, but there is one employee who constantly holds up the line because she spends too much time talking... to certain customers even after they've received their order. Might bother me less if she had ever been friendly towards me, butshe's not. This has happened multiple times when I've gone there. Everyone else is wonderful! Read more
