Christo?s has always been one of the best spots in town for pizza. However, I?ve noticed that the quality has gone down the last... few times I?ve been. I?m sure this is a staffing thing, but lately the pizza has consistently been underdone. To the point thatI preheat my oven before I leave to pick up my pizza. They also forgot the honey on my pera & prosciutto last night so I?m alittle salty. I totally have faith that this place will make a comeback. So I?m not mad, I?m just disappointed :/ Read more
My husband, best friend and I came in on Saturday on a whim and were seated in the lounge. Our server/bartender; whose name I... cannot remember and feel so bad for not being able to praise her properly(!!!); was so wonderful. The ceasar salad wasdelicious, the capresse was perfect, pizza was amazing and the calzone was big enough for two!!! However, I ordered shrimpscampi, I am accustomed to there being noodles. They make their scampi with rice and a brown sauce. I wasn?t expecting that whenit came to the table so it didn?t look good to me. My husband liked the taste but I did not. I ate barely 3 bites because of it,our server was soo kind about it though. She took my plate off the bill. She felt bad since I didn?t like it and didn?t eat mymeal. First time experience and won't be the last. Went for dinner and enjoyed a bottle of wine, seafood and pasta. Everything was... delicious and the service was great! We saw signs that they have live music and we are looking forward to stopping by for somecocktails and music in the future. Read more

Came for a jazz/funk show and loved the atmosphere of this place. It almost felt like walking into a speakeasy. Service was very... friendly and great. Pizza itself was STELLAR (or maybe I am just used to eating sub par pizza, haha) so I have no complaints. Wealso got a great bottle of Chianti. I wouldn't call this a cheap place to eat, but it is a totally reasonable price for adressed up night out- impress your date by taking them to a classy show! I'm sure we will be back here. Read more
Not your typical pizza place. This place has AMAZING steak!!! The pizza is great too. The service is impecable and the Chef,... Ryan, even came out to thank us for the compliment! Another steak house in Salem is very good and has a larger variety of cutsbut doesn't come close in delivering like Christo's!!! The outside of the steak is crispy and the inside melts in your mouth!Choice of steak topping as well. When I crave steak, it's Christo's!!! Went to this place when I was in Salem for the day. Had a great experience! The quality is top notch and I felt like I was in a... actual restaurant in Italy. The pizza crust was the perfect blend of soft with a small bit of crunch. I was also very impressedwith the prices for the quality of food that I had. Highly recommend! Read more
