I had visited this location last night. Food was good per usual. When I arrived it seemed it was by pure effort that the crew... working there had the restaurant running the best they could. Those poor folk were so short staffed that they had to transitionto online orders only. While this was a hiccup it did not stop Javier, the manager, and his crew from doing their absolute best.I really hope that the owners of this location do what they can to support their employees. If not for those crew members, thislocation would be shuttered. Read more

Typically good. Everything tastes fresh. But not happy that i did a mobile order for pick up and when I got back to my office,... they missed 3 things and no one said anything. 1. Didn't give me utensils even though the box was marked to do so, 2. Didn'tgive me fajita veggies like ordered, 3. Didn't give me extra rice like ordered. The employees seem to not understand how to convey to the customer that online orders are separate from their regular food... line-up. This is a huge problem for people coming into the store picking up their mobile orders or doordash orders. Other thanthat the food is great. The price is outrageous though for today's prices. I order my food online and when I got home food was completely wrong. Missing item. Kids meal with super spicy salsa. I... talked to the CSR and for nothing but excuses. And ask me to call the 800 number. What a shame. Would not be coming back tothis place ever. Read more

Love Chipotle, but do yourself a favor never order online to this location. The portions they give you fill about 1/2 of a... burrito bowl (and I'm being generous). No matter how many time I order, going in to order in person will always give you 2x theamount of food here. Read more

Food is excellent. I have been here over 100 times thru the years. Some trips they are out of some menu items, and or... understaffed and behind. I will not rate the stars on a couple bad experiences. So 95 visits are 5 stars and five visits twoor three stars. That equals 5 stars all the way in my book. ***** Read more

Food is great but wish they would wrap a burrito properly. This happens every single time I come in. I?ve stopped going for a... while because of it. Didn?t have chips during business hours and because they couldn?t make a reg quesadilla because the systemwasn?t updated I was told to order it online so that could make it there. How insane. Well I have ordered twice from this location, and I should have known better once seeing the 3 tacos I ordered with fajita... toppings. Apparently fajita toppings are on short order as they have failed twice now. The Keizer location does do a fantasticjob of adding said toppings so if you want thing's done right you just need to try a different Chipotle. Read more
