Ordering through the drive through was quick and easy until I got to the window and they didn't understand my order. Just wanted... the beyond burger with cheese. Apparently they got confused and had me pull around the front to wait. Waited 10 minutes for themto bring me one little burger. And by the time I got it it was cold. After a few visits, this place is just not my favorite fast food joint unfortunately. My vegetarian partner likes Carlies as... they offer a beyond burger? which is great to see become more common! However, the other items I?ve tried haven?t beenparticularly tasty or memorable even by fast food standards. This is a lot more forgivable when you?re not spending much, but ataround $8-9 per sandwich, the total adds up quick. The last chicken sandwich I tried was maybe the soggiest, limpest thing I canrecall getting from a drive through. It?s fast food, so the bar isn?t high as far as quality goes in general of course. But Ithink it?s fair to expect something fresh, crispy and tasty if you?re spending what they?re asking. For the quality, I?d soonergo to Burger King and spend 2/3 the money if I want a quick bite on the go. Or spend the same amount of money and go to FiveGuys, for a significantly better quality burger, fries, shake, etc. On the plus side, the staff is always friendly,accommodating and prompt. Few things here, while ordering the lady kept talking over us into her mic, that being said she took or order correct. Fries... were cold, and my wife ended up with no bun. Everything was corrected quickly and the lady was very nice. Food was great. Read more
Stopped in at Carl's Jr this afternoon for a quick trip through the Drive Thru for a quick snack. The Drive Thru was quick,... easy, staff were curteous and professional, completed order accurately, quickly, and with a smile ????. Two Famous Star burgers for $5 were quite a deal. It was a special promotion. The service was good and so were the burgers
Ok place but the manager is lazy and never has the giant tacos as they have advertised all over the building and order signs.... Highly recommend a different location as being paralyzed it's hard to get around and the last 2 times I've been there theydidn't have them in stock. Why advertise something you never stock?!?
