This place is awful. I ordered their tuna poke bowl and the tuna tasted very fishy, chewy and almost Disintegrated in your mouth... as soon as you ate it. I returned my bowl immediately and asked for a refund I wasn?t given. Complete waste of $14. Read more

Literally just got into my car from ordering from here. I specifically said I would like a strawberry blended BOBA tea. The dude... asked if I would like a topping, after I said I wanted a BOBA drink. I said no thinking he literally meant something on top. Hehanded over the drinks and there wasn?t boba in them. I said something to him and all he said was that I said that I didn?t wanttoppings. No apology, no offer to remake the drinks. Just handed me a sad little serving of boba for ?free? we even handed him atip before he gave the drinks. Thanks a lot, dude. Customer service here is terrible. Read more
My family and I went to this place at 7:25 pm and we waited in line for 15 min wanting to order not once this the guys said he... was closed so we left . We went home and notice that there closing time was actually 8 pm . So we decided to order on line andwhen we picked up our order he gave us a drink completely wrong with no bobas . Read more
The drinks are great. The customer services is what's getting them only 2 stars. My sibling and I ordered only 2 blended drinks... but it took a total of 48 minutes for us to get them. Meanwhile 9+ people who ordered after us got their food and drinks beforeus. I understand a wait if there was people ahead of us when we ordered, but no. Literally all the people who ordered after usgot their stuff first and after they did we were still waiting an extra 5 minutes until our drinks were ready. Read more
