We have eaten at Adam's BBQ many times and love their food! We also used them in September 2022 to cater our wedding. They did... such a great job, we loved working with Katrina during the planning process. She was a great communicator and was very easy towork with. Went once, then couldn't stop. All food was amazingly delicious. High-level of smoked meat! Don't miss the brisket sandwich.
Absolutely fantastic service and awesome food. I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and a blackberry wheat ale. The... sandwich was moist, flavorful and tender as all hell. The fries were great and the beer was really tasty on this hot summer day.The server, not sure of her name, was great. Prompt, courteous and friendly. If no stars was an option that?s what I?d give. Probably the worst food I have ever tried to eat. Pictured below is the sliced... turkey and brisket. The brisket looks like pulled pork and it?s so old and dry it is an edible. The turkey had a good flavor butit looks like cat food so I would save your $20 there are so many other barbecue places in Salem that are actually edible ANDtasty ***** to your response; There is no way I would ever give you a penny more. I?ve been here several times for the ribs (they?re probably the best and most affordable ones here in Salem) and they?re always... quite tasty! The food is ready (for pickup) quickly, and the cashier is always very friendly. The sides that I?ve tried are ok,nothing phenomenal, but the ribs, which is what I come for, are never disappointing. I have never been so disappointed in a take-out meal. We have been coming here for years as service, quality and portions had... always been excellent. Tonight's order was an extreme disappointment. I called in to say they forgot to include one of the sideitems. Then I opened the "meat" containers. The chicken leg portion was literally smaller than a Tootsie pop. The ham was sliceddeli thin, literally 1/8 of an inch. The baked potatoes was barely the size of a tennis ball, and that is being generous. Themashed potatoes were ice cold. The girl who answered said she would make a note that we can come back any time to get thecoleslaw. At this point it would not be worth the trip. I sure hope it was just a bad night. Read more
If you are thinking about having Adams cater your wedding here is your sign! My husband and I couldn't have been happier with... the service we received. Aside from the TOP-NOTCH BBQ, we had the most personable and accommodating experience with the cateringstaff and management. Thank you so much to Katrina for helping us personalize our menu and ensuring we had everything we couldneed. Adams has always been one of my favorite restaurants to go to and I was so happy to have them cater our wedding.
