It was a KFC and A&W in one. We got a few 3 piece meals and a few bowls. Had friends over for the night and needed some... homestyle food to get us feeling better the next morning. Nothing like some fried chicken and mashed potatoes to help out aftera long night. Biggest disappointment was hardly any gravy on the potatoes. The prices were a bit high, could have gotter bettermeals at a cheaper price in a restaurant but since no one was in any shape to go out I feel like it was a good option. We came to this restaurant because my boyfriend had really been craving one of their milkshakes and I had never been to an A&W... before. Upon entering, we saw quite a few people waiting for their food and the workers were running around like headlesschickens. It took about 20 minutes for the lady in front of us to get a couple of root beer floats. We then waited at thecounter for someone to come take our order. A couple of times, the manager glanced over at us, but did not make any attempts atservice. We just decided to leave and go to Burger King. Got a family bucket 8 piece chicken meal with two mashed potatoes and gravy and a large coleslaw for biscuits all for only 22... bucks that's a killer deal for today's prices and their large mashed potatoes are actually large if you go to Popeyes you getabout half the size for a dollar more they did forget my coleslaw I got home and called and spoke with Lindsey she was very niceand when I got there there was a few people in line upset that they did not get their food but I felt bad for the workersbecause they were swamped and obviously the manager was trying to train new people they were really busy so I gave them forstars even though they forgot my coleslaw because they were trying really hard to make everybody happy. Always go through drive through. Almost always get mini corn dogs. Always feel little dumb asking because it's always cheaper to... order 2- 5 piece rather than 1- 10 piece, but the current price of the 5 piece is never accurate on the menu. So never actuallyknow the cost of what you're ordering. Then occasionally the 10 piece goes on special, but that's never actually posted, unlessthey volunteer the information, you don't know that now that's the better value option. Some workers do and some don't. It'salways really confusing. Feel like I always have to ask before I order. But the mini corn dogs are the bomb! Read more
So places with drive-thru seem to fully concentrate on them you can walk in and stand for 5 minutes before you even order and... then before you get your food you want at least 6 or 8 cars go through the drive through.. I go through walking because my trucknormally doesn't fit and drive through so businesses need to start paying attention to the people up front instead of ignoringthem Read more
