Not terrible not great. The food is always good and the staff is awesome. If the manager is working the window he rushes and... forgets parts of orders. He can be kind of snippy. I'll still go because everyone else is great, but you shouldn't feel likeyou're "in the way" for ordering from a drive through. Read more

The food has always been great. It takes time but its worth it. They have asked me if I would be willing to wait for a new batch... of chicken to come out and it was worth the wait. Of you want hot, juicy, and crispy chicken, forget about Kentucky Fried Chicken. Popeye's is where you should go. Order... through the app for better pricing. Food is great! Service is very poor. Their hours say they close at 10pm, ordered our food at 7:45pm and got there at 8:10pm. We... had to go through the drive thru because dining room is always closed. When we got to the window they didn't have half of thethings we ordered because they were "cleaning the kitchen". You close at 10 why are you closing the kitchen two hours beforeclosing time? It made absolutely no sense. The cook was arguing with the employees and seemed extremely rude. The girl at thewindow serving us seemed a bit on edge but was very accommodating and gave us extra food and was super nice. Actually zero stars!! Ordered online at 8:14pm? just got our food at 9:05! Waited in line at drive thru almost an hour and then... they still asked us to pull up! R ya kidding me!! There are six other cars parked waiting for orders and a line wrapped aroundthe building!! 20 cars long!!! Someone come and manage this program! I watched the employees walking around slowly! Theyexplained they had to batter the tenders and then fry them. Really. We got 2 five piece tenders! What restaurant makes peoplewait almost an hour for 10 tenders?!?!? Horrible experience! What was supposed to be frozen wasn't and what wasn't was . They took the "fast" off fast-food. They didn't... have what they are mostly known for 'sandwiches', because all of their sandwiches were frozen so if we wanted to get a sandwichwe would have had to wait 1hr.. Since I was already there, I settled for chicken tenders and a frozen lemonade, but they saidthe lemonade wasn't frozen yet, that it was like a slushy.. no wonder the place looked like it had close down!!
