I've only had one other bad Five Guys experience. I waited at the register for about 15 minutes (maybe more) so that I can... order. It was busy. There were 3 guys at the sandwich station, an experienced employee at the.register. she had to run back andforth, the guys at the sandwich station only stuck to what they were doing, I should mention one of them had his hands touchingeverything,wiping mayo off his fingers on a bin of pickles, couldn't flip the burgers and put the next order on the grill, thewoman had to move around so that orders made it out. .I have nothing to complain about when it comes to her. So I ordered acouple shakes, a few burgers and a few fries. Two of the regular burgers were plain. Mine had extra extra bacon, onions, hotsauce, pickles. I got home and opened my burger, soggy galore .. I know five guys isn't cheap with an extra extra bacon order...I was shocked to find that I was given crumbs of bacon from the bottom of the bin. I know it wasn't the woman who did thatbecause I observed her make 4 or 6 burgers at the same time and they were perfect. I couldn't even eat my food.. it was allaround horrible. Disappointed with the quality at this location. Fries were cold and not filled up like they usually are, and the burgers were... not nearly as loaded up with toppings. This location seems to give less portions than other locations. With their prices havegone up and portions going down, I'll take business elsewhere! Read more

Tonight was the night of my graduation, me, my two sisters, my father and mother, my little brother and my grandmother sat in... the car wondering where we would eat at, larger restaurants such as Chili's or Texas Roadhouse were jam packed with a 2 hourwait time for your food and it was already 8pm, low and behold we find a five guys, I had already been to a different five guysprior and I was very satisfied with the fresh, delicious food, fast service and friendly workers and I yet again was not letdown, they have some amazing burgers, and fantastic milkshakes, the food is fresh and prepared quickly and it's delicious,moreover the massive amount of fries they give is a fantastic little thing that really makes five guys stand out, it's one ofthere "key features" in my opinion and it's an excellent burger joint, I'd suggest this place any day Read more
The burgers are always excellent here and you can't beat the homemade french fries. The place to come when you want a fresh... Burger and don't want to spend over $10 to get one. Although their prices did go up over the last year. You can also purchasethe little Burger which is one patty and a little over $7. I would highly recommend coming here! Read more
I personally like a good Five Guys but this location hasn?t been hitting for me. Today I ordered a bacon cheeseburger ATW and... the bread was soggy. The burger was very juicy but the beef patties were bland and the two others I came with agreed. Of coursethere was no complaints about lots of fries but the burger should stand out at nearly $10. The assembly was pretty neat but theflavor needs some work. This is not the first time I got a burger from here with these same issues and that is why I?m going torecommend the location in Derry. Again, It receives this rating because of the burger issues only, the place itself is prettyneat. Read more
EXTREMELY Clean!! Place was spotless and the whole staff was taking really great care to keep the place safe and clean. Order... via the APP was simple and allowed me to customize my order and pickup time without any hassle. I ordered off their secret menuand enjoyed the grilled cheese hamburger with all the toppings.
