TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Customer Service! Cashier 505775 Alieica already acted like she didn't want to be there when I first... approched the counter. No hi, no smile..kept on rolling her eyes. Something went wrong with scanning my free sandwich so afterwiping my whole account balance to $0, she still said I owe her money. Her whole attitude was so unexpectable during the wholetime figuring out with the supervisor and even argued with me over it. The supervisor who allowed her to interact with thecustomer like that was unacceptable either. I interacted with may Dunkins employees who had bad customer service (that's whyI've been going to Dunkins less and less, why ruin my day by their staffs), but she's the worst by far. Please quit the job,stay home and be miserable by yourself, don't ruin other people's day. Also, no sorry or thank you for my order from anyone atthe end! Read more

Bought this looking at the board of real sliced avocado and tomato to just get guacamole spread. .50 cent guac, I ordered tomato... toast for $5 basically, got plain toast with spread on guac.had to add everything else on to make it tastable, even then it'sstill, 1/10. Overly priced garage food. It's sad. Read more

Why can't anyone make coffee right? It's not complicated.......I worked there I KNOW HOW EASY THAT JOB IS!!!!!!! YET STILL they... can't even make regular coffee correct I don't want my coffee how YOU LIKE IT! I want it how I LIKE IT!!!!??!!!!??? Which isjust normal, fml you don't even have to measure anything it pre-measured, so why is it my coffee is almost never made right, andwhy is it that you get mad when I make you fix it,and it actually comes out right the 2nd time around wich tells me you didn'tmake it how I asked the 1st time you made it how you wanted to. It's not like you where slammed I won't even bother at ANYDunkin that is slammed....but I'm the only customer and you either don't listen or idk.....and I'm sick of paying for turboshots that never make it into my husband's coffee ......I shouldn't have to pay for an extra cup for turbo on the side....I onlyorder it that way cuz it's not right to pay nearly $7 for 1 coffee that is missing the $3 turbo shot! They randomly closed without turning off the lights or putting up a sign. I waited in the drive through for about 15 min as each... car in front of me gave up. I waited because it looked like they were ordering and it was just taking a while. I completelyunderstand the shortage of workers. This is different. Someone was inside watching people lined up and did nothing. It wouldhave taken 3 minutes to make and hang a sign. Read more

Good mix of stores and food court eateries. Masks recommended.
