They were pretty busy. I misunderstood the coupon so it was a little more than I expected. The food is good.
The first experience I ordered online, I chose carry out and while I was parking someone went and locked the door. So I... couldn't even go in and get my pizza. The second time I ordered curbside. I got to the store, did exactly what the app said todo, park and turn on your hazard lights. I watched the countdown, if it wasn't out in so many minutes it was a free pizza. Thetimer got stopped at 0:48 and said, your pizza is on its way out. I sat there for 10 minutes and FINALLY went thru the drivethru. If Domino's is going to have certain services at certain locations then at least turn off the services that you currentlydon't take part in so pizzas don't get cold. i like their pizza's especially since i stopped ordering that robust sauce that they automatically put on there, ive been... changing mine to the red marinara or something like that. and i order online, pick up at the window, and get a 3.00 coupon inthe email to take off next time ... so its like 499 for a large one Read more
The staff that works the drive thru window and answers the phones are rude. There is no way that they are even close to being... service oriented. I will never order from them again. What happened to all the coupons the employee's used to offer whenDomino's first opened? Now there are no coupons, when I call in the employee's say, "What coupons?"
