Depends on the day. But this can be a good location.. just need the right people working that actually care and want to do... everything right. When employees get lazy you see and hear bad things. I will come here once in a while I live 2 mins away but Irather go to danvers. I ordered no bready bowl for $10. I got a teaspoon of lettuce, 2 pieces of tomato, 3 spinach leaves, a few pieces of pepper, and... some chicken. It was just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. Never again Read more
Does not honor coupons. They don't even have a sign saying they don't honor coupons to comply with state law. Don't shop here... go to another Subway where they actually honor coupons issued by subway. I hope they enjoy the sub that they made for myboyfriend because they're going to have to eat it. Read more
I was not happy at all! None of the toppings that I wanted was put on. Mind you that I ordered online. They loaded my sub with... red onions instead of pickles and lettuce, tomato. My sub looked like it was on crack. It was like eating a jam sandwich. Youknow, when you jam two pieces of bread together. What happened to Re-Fresh to be Fresh? I ordered two platters of sandwich wraps for a baby shower. Maria was so attentive and helpful with all the options. I... selected 4 different sandwich types with toppings of my choosing. Unfortunately when i opened the boxes, I discovered therewere no tuna wraps. Aside for that, the wraps were fresh, delicious and well prepared. No spillage!! We received many ravesand will definitely choose Subway on Canal Street again. The price was also fantastic. P.S. I returned the next day and Mariaand all the staff were extremely apologetic and gave me two large tuna wraps to take home!!!!!!!! Read more
I know subway has been undergoing a big rebranding experience to win back people after they were jaded by viral stories (i.e.... the fake tuna scandal, Ireland deeming the bread a pastry, etc) but I love this place. It is fast food but it never fails me. Italways has a nice crunch to it from the fresh veggies which is hard to find at other various fast food places. They areconsistent, and offer things I can only find there - my favorites are the Italian herb and cheese loafs and the sweet onionsauce. It is affordable enough and travels well. They also are accommodating if you want sauce on the side so you can pack itfor later and avoid sogginess. ???? Read more
I had the Classic Cold Cut sub.it had some kind of salami and no other meat. They only had American cheese and pepper jack, or... something like that. No provolone! The bread was the best part. Won't be going back to subway any time soon. Read more
