Went to SSU and lived in Salem for a bit. Have never had a bad meal from this place. Never a let down, food always tastes great!
I ordered a Roast Beef Sub online and added no extras, expecting a regular sandwich with normal sandwich parts (meat, cheese,... tomato, lettuce.) What I got was bread with meat in it and nothing else. Frankly I'm livid right now. The ordering menu shouldbe more clear about what is and isnt an extra. This is the only place to buy hot subs in Salem Mass for me! My personal favorites are the 101 and the cowboy that explode... with favor from the first to the very last bite; which comes too fast. The portions are large enough to get you by for the dayand for only $10 you can?t find a better deal or better meal! Highly suggest this place! Read more
Had by far the worst experience. Spent 80$ on food. Pizza dough wasn?t cooked all the way still raw. Chicken tenders tasted like... they were 8 days old and the worst of all the Italian subs. Deli meat was old and and the bread was stale. And the toppings wereworse than subways. Would highly not recommend 0/10 DO NOT COME HERE. Read more
