Bavarian, open air, brewery. Limited menu, but a spot on variety of German options. Was a nice hideaway from the chaotic streets... of Salem and a welcomed switch from seafood. Good comfort smacks, very good beer options, and an upbeat atmosphere. I'ddefinitely go back for the Ski-Ball! Read more

Great atmosphere and beautiful patio to sit and have a beer or two. I thought the selection of beers was really great and the... two we tried were both "top notch" :) This was definitely my favorite of the two breweries in Salem so if you only have time tocheck out one, I'd recommend going here. My husband is a huge beer lover and whenever we travel we always visit the local breweries in the area. He loved the beer and... was impressed with it. The atmosphere was inviting and the location of the brewery is beautiful. Highly recommend going to thisplace if you love beer and like different varieties. Read more

I've been to a lot of breweries, this was by far one of my favorites. The IPA was amazing! The staff was super helpful about... the beer and getting around town. Great space, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. If I was there again it would for sure bea stop. Read more

Friendly, helpful service at the bar. Great outdoor space when the weather is nice. Several rooms inside if you need more space.... Bathrooms were very clean. Water cooler inside to help yourself. Skeeball is currently down, but there is a bin of board gamesso pick on and have fun. Daily pierogi flavors and pretzels available to munch on. Great vibe overall. I'd love to comeback andsit outside once the weather is cooler since it looks beautiful. Read more

Really great location, the outdoor seating is awesome on a nice day. Lots of options on tap. I found the food a little... expensive, but I?ll always grab a soft pretzel if it?s on the menu. It was good, but a bit small for the price. Will definitelybe back to try some seasonal beers. Read more

We stopped by this spot because if there's a brewery around, I've gotta check it out and grab a beverage. It was a hot one and... about time to hydrate so we stopped by. I asked the bartender which beer they would suggest to pair with this hot, beautiful dayand he suggested the kolsch, so I went with it. They offer half pours, so I was excited for that and got one. The recommendationwas perfect! It was nice and refreshing and had really good flavor. I was really sad that the kitchen was down because I wastalkie looking forward to one of those Bavarian hot pretzels with mustard...maybe next time. There's a couple tables inside andmore outside. The outside tables offered large umbrellas keeping it nice and shady. Dog friendly and even permitting familieswith children until 6p which reminded me a lot of Portland. If you like chuckin' balls, then you're in for a treat becausethey've got Skeeball! It's an easy walk to if you're in Salem and there is plenty of parking if you're driving. Read more

We stopped in just before closing so we only got to enjoy one beer, but it was good, the place seems really chill, and the staff... seemed cool. Cool. They even gave us a heads up of other bars to go check out in town. Will be back for more brews someday... Read more
