Worst Dunkin ever! Bathrooms have been closed for weeks, the coffee was burnt, staff was rude, 0/10
Both bathrooms were closed to the public, even when I asked they said they were closed which I'm not even sure is legal but it's... definitely bad customer service. They also only have 8 chairs available to sit, the rest of their tables and chairs are stackedup so you can't sit and eat the food you buy here. I assume they're just not really concerned with the customer's experience. Read more

They can't seem to get an order right, no matter how simple it is. Tried to order the new Nutty Pumpkin coffees twice now, no... additions or substitutions. Received black coffee both times. I haven't had a single order yet where it was correct. I even goticed teas one time instead of coffee (they were labeled as coffee and had all the right sugars/creams, but were made with teainstead). I am currently waiting over 25 minutes for my order there was a hair in my friends sandwich i brought is up and they guy yelled.... ? just re-wrap it? no make the sandwich again. I got a dirty look when i asked for them to remake it.not worth going there atall Read more
I went in to get a hot medium tea, I was the only customer inside, drive thru had between 5-6 cars. I ordered a medium hot... tea, 2 tea bags, milk, and extra sugar. The cup says medium hot tea, 3 milk, 4 sugars, however in the cup was just a tea, nomilk, no sugar. If you can't handle it, or don't want to make it, I'm ok with that. Tell me and I would of happily gone toone of the many other coffee shops in the area. I would have brought it back, but I didn't start to drink it till I was atwork. Did not expect the really bad customer service. Didn't have many donut options. Got to the window and was told there was no more... strawberry coolatas. Then was giving very bad bad, bottom of kettle coffee with very little caramel syrup for a caramel crazelatte. Don't recommend and will not buy from that franchise again. Read more
Every coffee girly knows that dunks has good days and swamp water days. I would say on average this dunks has more swamp water... days then the others in the area, but it?s still decent! Most of the staff are friendly with a few grumps, but I can?t blamethem when they have to serve the maniacs of Salem all day. <3 overall my third fav dunks in Salem Read more
