Coffee and food is what you would expect a Dunkin to be - mediocre but consistent. The parking situation here is horrendous - a... tiny parking lot right in the middle of a 5 way intersection. Good luck getting in and out of the parking lot. Read more

The cashier should consider a different job. She obviously hates her job. Visited on May 7th, 2022. She fillfilled my order half... way and started another order and completed 4 new drinks for another customer when all I was missing in my order was the milkand hot water. I asked about the hot water since I had a infant in the car who needed her bottle hot and was fussy. I asked thelady if I can just get the hot water and I could wait on the bottle milk. Instead she started working on preparing someone elsenew orders who came in after me. She keep me waiting. Wow the lack of empathy. I was first customer in line and my order shouldhave been filled completely. How can you justify this behavior. Unexplained and not professional.. Also, when I walked in the Dunkin' Donuts located in Salem a lady walking out spoke out and said i am out of here i asked if she was ok she said to thelady is to rude. I should have taken her advice. Very unpleasant experience. Maybye the manager can watch the surveillancecamera if there is one in the store to determine her actions. Used to be a great location! Not so much anymore! Better off going to Bridge St where the old staff are now !
