Can?t say enough good things about this place! From the delicious food to the kind friendly staff I LOVE this place! The boba... tea is amazing and macaron cookies are delsih! They pay attention the the smallest details with a cute wrapper for the cookiesor a adorable cup lid w kitty ears! (Ask for it). Really terribly disappointing, especially after reading all the reviews. The Seafood Curry was slop. Chicken Fried Rice had just... a few pieces of overcooked chicken. Brown rice was merely fried rice. Support local businesses, but not with this s**t. Read more
***BEST BUBBLE TEA IN NORTH SHORE*** There are so many options to choose from but I went with the brown sugar milk tea with the... tapioca boba. When I tell you this was the BEST bubble tea I?ve had, I MEAN IT! The size was perfect (I feel other places aretoo small) - the boba was soft and wonderfully flavored - the taste was INCREDIBLE! I asked for it sweetened but thankfully thekind man told me I wouldn?t need that and he?s right. This will be my new weekly boba shop!! Read more
UPDATE!! DrinkStir has totally stepped up their game. Finally talked Hubbs into trying DrinkStir again. We got house special... fried rice extra egg, wings and boneless spareribs. Yum. Totally yum. Great flavor in the rice, good flavorful wings, goodspareribs with hardly any fatty pieces. We have now been back four other times. We have tried different chicken dishes with ZEROcomplaints!! We always get the House rice with extra egg and it never disappoints!! I'm so glad we gave DrinkStir anothertry!!! I really, really, reeeeally wanted to like you Drink Stir. Tonight we finally tried the food. D4 with pork fried rice,chicken fingers and chicken teriyaki. Sweet and sour chicken was nearly flavorless and the sweet and sour sauce on it waswatery. The pork fried rice was equally as flavorless and unimpressive. The chicken fingers were nearly inedible. Chewy and oilladen. The best part of D4 was the chicken teriyaki and it was kind of ok. Also got a large H4-Salt and Pepper Shrimp and smallR6-House Fried Rice. The shrimp was most palatable out of the food we ordered. It had a salt and peppery essence to it that wasdiscernable, at least. The House Rice was just as plain and flavorless as everything else. In addition to today's food, I havegotten three bubble teas at other times. Thai, coconut and jasmin green tea. In all three cases I least prefer Drink Stirsversion/mix/recipe of these flavors. Just a little too off to finish or enjoy the tea. I may try the food again on the chancethat the chef was WAY off tonight. If anything changes I will be happy to update this review. Read more
This place he's a very friendly staff environment. They have everything from Desert to regular Chinese food two different types... of bubble and jelly drinks. The quality is pretty good. I have not tried the food yet myself so I'm hoping it's as good as thebubble tea. Read more
Their main dishes are really good, and a lot of food for the price. I was very impressed with the egg puff ice cream: it tasted... way better than I was expecting and again, it's a lot of food (and novelty) for the price. Although their lo mein is justalright, not good but not bad. I didn't like their rice, it was pretty crunchy unfortunately. The boba drinks and smoothies area solid 5 stars though! Read more
