Delicious menu options and extremely friendly staff. The honey-orange flavoring for lattes is divine, and there are several... great options for a quick breakfast or lunch "pick me up". We visited here several times during our visit and were notdisappointed once. I would personally recommend the Honey-Orange Latte and Breakfast Burrito (which is absolutely delicious) toanyone. My husband & I visited Brew Box on our Halloween weekend visit to Salem, and we LOVED it! The coffee was amazing, and, although... they were incredibly busy, the staff was so kind & provided quick service. 10/10 recommend! We wouldn't hesitate to visit againon our next visit to the city! Read more

10/10 for food/drink quality. Biscuit breakfast sandwiches are amazing. During any other time I?m sure their service would be... fine, but they dropped the ball this time. We had to wait 46 minutes to get 2 lattes. Originally I was patient because they?had a spill and were understaffed?. But after many people behind us got their drinks, I asked and it was clear they hadforgotten, thrown out our order ticket or something like that. We weren?t the only ones. Wait times were easily 30+ minutes forpretty much everyone. Meanwhile, they had one employee stamping paper bags, and another picking out a new playlist of music. Notexactly the activities of a business short staffed and backed up. Unsolicited suggestions: get a 2nd espresso machine. And, ifit?s super busy and the espresso is the bottleneck, have one person dedicated to pumping out espresso, not getting side trackedwith other random tasks and drink prep. End of rant. Read more

Amazing little place. Wonderful staff. We had two ?cereal milk? lattes? (Milk steeped in the cereal of the day/week; that days... was of the cinnamon toast variety)? and two egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches. Everything of the highest quality and taste! Hugeshout out to the staff for dealing with us idiot October Salem tourists. They were as sweet as can be with a line out the door. Can?t wait to try it again during a different month. Read more

The Brew Box was amazing, they had literally the single greatest grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had, and I'm a pretty picky... person usually, but this was truly something else. It had arugula pesto and tomatoes. The staff were extremely kind and jovialas well, overall a true 5/5 Read more

Best tasting coffee in Salem. Pastries and breakfast sandwiches are also wicked good. Friendly and consistent service. You can... tell there is a good work culture because there hasn?t been a lot of turnover. Read more

If you have one morning in Salem to grab breakfast, come here. The menu is small, but that isn't bad because what's on it is... executed well. I don't have to ask if everything is house-made because you can tell it is. We got egg/cheddar biscuitsandwiches. The biscuit was fluffy, so was the egg. I don't know how they prepped/seasoned their egg, certainly unique and verytasty. We also got these really neat house-made pop tarts. We visited in the middle of October so they had seasonal decorationson them. Black coffee was great. The establishment is small and made for take away, but there's a perfect courtyard across thestreet and adjacent to Brew Box. There's large rocks for prime seating. It completed the experience. Service was also timely. Not too long of a wait. Read more
