I'm currently eating here on my trip to Salem. I ordered the Rollo pizza. Be aware, it doesn't come with cheese. That was my bad... for not looking at the menu closely enough. It's a delicious pizza though. Sauce is a bit on the savory side rather than sweet.Just the right size for one person, if a bit pricey. The waiter-host was super friendly and seated me right away. Pizza - good we had a margherita pizza it was fantastic (: Crust of the pizza - the first thing i would taste would be the... crust and to me it taste like burnt tortilla but its wood fire what do you expect ? Unimpressed. One waiter in the whole restaurant and we waited 30 minutes just to get drinks after we sat down. Pizza came out... cold and burnt. Waiter took our food the second we got the bill and we were not finished eating. Every staff member weencountered was unprofessional with customer service. Ordered Margherita and beef & blue. They both were fantastic! Dough is light, thin, has a nice chew to it. You could taste the... basil throughout the pizza om the Margherita. The beef & blue was a tad too salty after a couple of slices. Highly recommend! Read more
