Would not put bacon on his double cheeseburger, fries were horribly stale, frosty was messy, all over the cup
Foods good for a fast food restaurant, I've never had them mess up my meal. Tons of drink options, fries are usually fresh.
Don't bother. 10:00 a.m. and doors all locked up parking lot empty (except for two cars) assuming the workers. Went just done... road to another restaurant and parking lot full of cars. I'm sure the locals know where to go and where not to. Read more
I just visited Wendys in Salem. They were very rude and barely spoke. They said they were out of chili on the coldest nastiest... day of the year. I went ahead and got everything else instead. I spent 30 dollars on food. After getting home a few minuteslater, we realized we were missing a drink, a fry, and the junior bacon cheeseburgers weren't even wrapped. We had to pick theburger contents out of the bag and reassemble. This was the worse trip I've ever had there. I ended up throwing my food outbecause my sandwich was a soggy mess. Read more

Greeted when we first came in the door. Dining area clean Well lit, tastefully decorated, with large windows for sunlight to... come in. Great for large groups or families. Ordered salads and burger meal. Food taste is consistent with Wendy's restaurants.Food was made quickly. Easy to located when traveling on interstate. With plenty of parking. Has Wifi Read more
Yesterday, 10/2, my wife and children went into your establishment. A couple was waiting for their order. The drive thru had a... few cars, nothing to be too anxious about. There were a few patrons already inside eating. We stood at the register waitingpatiently for someone to take our order. After several minutes we asked the couple if they had to wait long to place theirorder. They said, " not really". About that time their order was brought to them. We made eye contact with the young man but,he never said a word. We made eye contact with several of your employees, who never acknowledged us or even said a word, like," we'll be right with you", or "good evening ". Nothing.....after several more minutes ( apprimately 10 minutes) we left. We(especially my daughter) love Wendy's. It seems as though customer service/ courtesy has stopped being trained. The first job Iever had (age 14) my boss told me first and foremost to acknowledge the customer with a smile. If you were busy, tell themyou'll be right with them. I was not impressed at all by your performance last night. We ended up going to McDonalds and theirservice was outstanding. My suggestion to you, as a company, would be, to train customer service as a fundamentalpriority. McDonalds had both drive thru lines full and we still were waited on in a timely manner. Read more
