First time visit at Chupacabra today with our car club. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and attentive (in both the bar and... the kitchen area next door). Lee (our bartender) was sweet, helpful and considerate. She helped us find the right brew early onfrom their huge tap selection. Downtown Salado is also nice and safe to walk around and people watch, or just soak up the niceweather along the nearby creek. Read more

My hubby and I stopped by for a late night snack and we were not disappointed! Delicious, fresh food and killer customer... service. Prices are very reasonable and it's a cute little chill spot. We will definitely be returning and can't wait to trymore items on the menu. Read more
I can?t believe today is the first time I?ve ever been here! I love that wall completely covered with taps! The $14.95 flight... including a souvenir glass is great, especially since you get to choose which you get from almost all the beers. I live inAustin, but this place is worth the 45 minute drive and I will be back. Read more

Great place to try a variety of beers/wines for an affordable price. There is plenty of seating. They have good specials on... different days. Parking is plentiful and free. Employees are kind, friendly, and helpful. They sell a lot of different kind ofmerchandise as well. Read more
Stumbled upon this place when passing through town. There are a lot more beer and wine options than what I was expecting from... the outside. Just goes to show you can't always judge a book by it's cover. Chatted with the staff a bit. They were allfriendly and knowledgeable. One of the bartenders is extremely rude. Besides the bartender, this place is amazing and a favorite spot of mine. They have a... large selection of wine and beer and the set up and vibe are great. The food is outstanding. The last time we were there, whenmy husband showed his ID, she made fun of the way he looks, calling him ?chicken little? and proceeded to show his ID to 15-20other people at the bar in an effort to get more people to make fun of him.
